Well friends, we just got back from the 2008 "I Like It HOT Festival" in Largo, FL. If you have ever had Marlyland Blue Crab, or if you just like blue crab meat, imagine it in a Chipolte Corn Salsa. A fruity pepper, often described to have the likeness of the Hab for those that have dared to taste it (look below). Well, I have for you a few cases of LEGENDS Haba-Naga Habanero/Jolokia based BBQ. I really believe that BBQ is one of the best ways to showcase fruity, hot peppers like the Hab and the Bhut Jolokia. You know this sauce is hot when the cook tells you he added a little Habanero to bring down the heat a little... This stuff is great, and has become my recent weakness. Get some before I use it all!
